Cabbage Kielbasa Skillet is a wonderfully easy skillet supper recipe that's ready to eat in less than 30 minutes! This one includes several colors of bell peppers and red onion along with a cole slaw mix and a healthy smoked sausage. If you enjoy old-world German-Style recipes with cabbage or sauerkraut along with sausage or kielbasa, this one is mouthwatering and irresistible. Gluten free.

1 large red onion thinly sliced and separated into rings 1 large red bell pepper seeded and julienned 1 large yellow bell pepper seeded and julienned 1 large green bell pepper seeded and julienned 2 tbsp. salted butter 1 lb. smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices 1 lb. cole slaw mix did red cabbage and carrots 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
In a very large skillet, melt butter.
Add red onion and bell peppers and sauté a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
Add chicken broth.
Stir in kielbasa and cole slaw mix.
Cook until heated through about 5-6 minutes.
