These luscious and decadent brownies are filled with chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut and Heath English Toffee Bits. They are so heavenly you'll be drooling after the first bite. They're perfect for tailgating parties, potlucks and backyard barbecues. They're also great for summer holiday fun like Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt or Kosher salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter softened (1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heath English toffee bits
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions
 

  • Mix butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in flour, chocolate chips, toffee bits, walnuts, and coconut.
  • Spray a 9x13” baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Spread mixture into pan.
  • Because this mixture is very sticky I had to use a little flour to pat the ingredients down into the pan.
  • Bake about 40 minutes at 350°.
  • Cool.
  • Cut into bars.
