Coca Cola Baked Beans are awesome! This amazing baked bean recipe isn't quite as unhealthy as you would think. This one uses Virgil's all natural cola, turkey sausage and molasses. It's a delightful recipe for potlucks and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Bush's baked beans
rinsed and drained (any style will work) (two 55-ounce cans)

oz. bottle
Virgil's Real Cola
you cannot use diet cola in this recipe

light brown sugar

black strap molasses

turkey sausage
cooked and drained
Instructions
Fry turkey sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
Use a hamburger chopper to cut meat down in small pieces while frying.
Transfer meat to a very large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Transfer mixture to a 4-qt. 10x15” baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in a 300° oven for around 3 hours or so, stirring from time to time.
Remove from oven about 20-30 minutes before serving as this will allow the ingredients in the dish to thicken.
Stir before serving.
