Corn 'n' Broccoli Bake

Corn 'n' Broccoli Bake is a wonderful side dish for company and holiday menus. It's filled with broccoli, creamed corn, saltine crackers and onions for a wonderful taste and crunchy texture.

16 oz. can Libby’s cream-style corn 12 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli thawed 1/2 sleeve saltine crackers crushed 1 large egg beaten 1 tbsp. dried minced onion dash pepper 2 tbsp. Land ‘O Lakes unsalted butter melted
In a bowl, combine the corn, broccoli, ¼ cup of saltines, egg, onion and pepper.
Place in a greased 1 ½-qt. baking dish.
Combine the butter with remaining saltines; sprinkle over top.
Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
NOTE: I didn’t use all of the saltine crackers for the topping.
