Corn 'n' Broccoli Bake

Corn 'n' Broccoli Bake is a wonderful side dish for company and holiday menus. It's filled with broccoli, creamed corn, saltine crackers and onions providing wonderful taste and crunchy texture. If you're looking for an easy dish to prepare for your Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter menu, this is it!

1 mixing bowl
1 wooden spoon

1 Rolling Pin to crush crackers
1 zip lock bag WITHOUT the "stand and fill" bottom
1 small bowl
1 1 1/2-quart baking dish
16 oz. can cream-style corn 12 oz. pkg. broccoli frozen, chopped, thawed 1 sleeve Saltine crackers crushed 1 large egg beaten 1 tbsp. onion dried, minced 1 dash ground black pepper 2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
In a bowl, combine the corn, broccoli, 1/2 cup of Saltines, egg, onion and pepper.
Place in a greased 1 ½-qt. baking dish.
Combine the butter with remaining Saltines; sprinkle over top.
Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
NOTE: I didn’t use all of the saltine crackers for the topping.
