Creamy Ambrosia Salad is such a delight to the taste buds. This luscious salad is to die for! Great for holiday menus or backyard barbecues because it's so versatile and will fit in with just about any cuisine.

Ingredients

mandarin oranges

green seedless grapes

red seedless grapes

coconut

cream cheese
softened

sour cream

real vanilla extract

granulated sugar

pecans
finely chopped

brown sugar
(I usually use one tablespoon)

maraschino cherries
or sliced strawberries for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in pineapple, oranges, grapes and coconut.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans, brown sugar and a little additional coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
