Creme de Menthe Chunk Cookies

This delicious cookie is filled with Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips for spectacular chocolaty and minty flavors!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 2/3 cups Gold Medal UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
- 10 oz. pkg. Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and eggs until mixed.
Stir in Crème de Menthe baking chips and flour.
Chill approximately one hour in refrigerator.
Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350˚ for approximately 12-15 minutes or until done.
Cool in pans for two minutes before removing to wire racks.
NOTE: Preparation time does not include time required to chill the dough.
