Teresa Ambra
This amazing dump cake contains apple, peach and pineapple pie fillings along with canned pears, coconut and pecans. Using a gluten free cake mix keeps this a gluten free dessert.

22 oz. box gluten free cake mix reserve about 1 cup for later use 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) 1 can apple pie filling 1 can peach pie filling 1 can Pineapple Pie filling 29 oz. can pear halves dice the pears and drain the juice 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup pecans finely chopped
Combine pie fillings and fruit and layer in the bottom of a 9x13” glass baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle coconut over top, then nuts.
Measure out about a cup of the cake mix and use it for later (you only need 16-18 ounces for this recipe).
Sprinkle remaining cake mix over top of the pecan layer.
Melt butter and pour over top trying to cover the surface evenly.
Bake at 350° for about 45-60 minutes or until lightly browned on top and fruit mixture is bubbling up around the sides.
Serve hot with ice cream, if desired.
NOTE: Because this cake mix has 6 more ounces than regular cake mixes, I didn't use all the cake mix for this recipe.
