Grilled Herb Vegetables are incredibly delicious. This simple and easy 5-ingredient recipe is seasoned with garlic and Italian seasoning providing a burst of flavor. Terrific recipe to use anytime you've got the grill going. Plus, it's healthy, low calorie, gluten free and vegan. This recipe can be ready to serve in 20 minutes making it great for week night or company dinners.

20 oz. pkg. frozen California-Blend vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), thawed (two 10-ounce packages) 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. freshly minced garlic 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Transfer mixture to a double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Wrap veggies securely in foil, sealing tightly.
Grill, covered over medium heat approximately 12-15 minutes, or until veggies test fork tender.
Turn veggies over on grill about half-way through cooking time.
Open foil carefully as steam will escape.
Serve.
NOTE: The veggies need to be thawed before using in this recipe.
