Italian Chicken is a delicious marinated chicken dish. This super easy 4-ingredient recipe is fantastic for weeknight dinners when you're short on time. 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless 1 cup Zesty Italian salad dressing 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated 1 tsp. fresh parsley minced, for garnish
Place chicken in a 9x13” glass baking dish.
Cover with Italian dressing.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate a few hours or up to eight hours.
Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered at 375° for about 55-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Sprinkle with parsley.
NOTE: To keep this recipe gluten free, make sure you have a gluten free Italian salad dressing.
