Peach Dump Cake Cobbler

Fabulous dessert using peach pie filling. This "dump cake" is more like a cobbler than a cake. This recipe is so easy because all you do is dump the ingredients into a pan and bake!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 21-oz. cans peach pie filling or peaches and cream pie filling
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nuts chopped, almost any kind will work
  • 1 box yellow cake mix I prefer butter recipe
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter melted (1 cup)

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9x13” pan.
  • Put peach pie filling in pan.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle with coconut, then nuts.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over top.
  • Pour melted butter evenly over cake mix.
  • Bake about 45 minutes at 350° until bubbly and lightly browned on top.

Notes

NOTE: Lucky Leaf produces peaches and cream pie filling (and many other pie fillings with cream included).
NOTE: If you are unable to locate peaches and cream pie filling, regular peach pie filling works great, too.
