Pina Colada Dump Cake Cobbler

Pina Colada Dump Cake Cobbler is a fantastic dessert that combines the best of cobbler but as a Dump Cake. This one uses pineapple pie filling and a pineapple cake mix to amp up the flavors exponentially. Add coconut, nuts and maraschino cherries for a dessert that will knock your socks off. This recipe can be whipped up in five minutes so it's easy for company or to serve a crowd. If you enjoy Pina Colada flavors, you'll love this dessert.

44 oz. can Lucky Leaf Pineapple Pie filling (two 22-ounce cans) 1 can chunk pineapple (drain about half the juice) 1 cup sweetened coconut 1 cup chopped nuts (macadamia are good, but pecans or walnuts will work) 15.25 oz. box Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix 1 cup unsalted butter melted (2 sticks) Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
Spread pie filling and chunk pineapple into the dish and stir ingredients to combine.
Sprinkle with coconut and then nuts.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top of the mixture.
Pour melted butter over top trying to cover the entire surface.
Bake at 350° for about 50-60 minutes or until lightly browned and pie filling bubbles up around the edges of the dish.
NOTE You can also use three cans of pineapple pie filling and skip the chunk pineapple.
