Ravioli Lasagna

This quick and easy pasta dish uses ravioli as the noodles to layer a beef, spaghetti sauce, and cheese.

- 1 lb. 93% or 96% lean ground beef
- 29 oz. jar Prego spaghetti sauce any flavor, or your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 25 oz. pkg. frozen sausage or cheese ravioli cooked and drained
- 8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
In a greased 2 ½-qt. baking dish, layer a third of the spaghetti sauce, half of the ravioli and beef and ½ cup cheese; repeat layers.
Top with remaining sauce, parmesan cheese and bake at 350° about 25-30 minutes until mixture starts to bubble.
Add remaining mozzarella cheese and bake about 5 minutes longer.
NOTE: I doubled this recipe using 2 25-oz. bags of miniature cheese ravioli and put in a large casserole dish. Delicious!
