1 lb. 93% or 96% lean ground beef 29 oz. jar spaghetti sauce any flavor, or your favorite spaghetti sauce 25 oz. pkg. frozen sausage or cheese ravioli cooked and drained 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Use a hamburger chopper to break meat down in small pieces while frying.
Meanwhile, in a large stock pot, boil ravioli according to package directions.
Drain in colander.
In a greased 2 ½-qt. baking dish, layer a third of the spaghetti sauce, half of the ravioli and beef and ½ cup Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
Top with remaining sauce, Parmesan cheese and bake at 350° about 25-30 minutes until mixture starts to bubble.
Add remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake about 5 minutes longer.
NOTE: I doubled this recipe using 2 25-oz. bags of miniature cheese ravioli and put in a large casserole dish. Delicious!
