If you enjoy chocolate and peanut butter together, these drool-worthy cookies will have you back for seconds in no time.
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add flour and miniature chocolate chips.
Stir until thoroughly combined; this may take 4-5 minutes.
Scoop cookie dough with a large cookie scoop and place on greased baking sheets.
(I usually pack the dough into the cookie scoop and level off).
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Rotate cookies on racks every 7-8 minutes of baking time.
Cool completely.
Notes
NOTE: When I was baking two racks at a time, my cookies took 25-26 minutes to bake. Smaller cookies won’t take so long to bake.NOTE: Stir ingredients really well. These are not muffins! The cookie dough needs to be stirred until every morsel is no longer floury-looking.
