Cauliflower Au Gratin is a fantastic side dish for company dinners or holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas. This incredibly easy four-ingredient recipe can be whipped up quickly and is so easy even a child can make it. If you enjoy cauliflower, this recipe is a great "go-to" recipe when you need something on the spur of the moment.
1 9x13" glass baking dish or 3-quart casserole dish
1 large mixing bowl
1 wooden spoon
measuring cups
1 microwave oven
1 Rolling Pin to crush crackers (or crush crackers in your hands)
Ingredients
48oz.frozen cauliflower florets(3 pounds)
10-3/4oz. cancondensed cream of chicken soupundiluted
2cupscheddar cheeseshredded
1cupRitz crackerscrushed
Instructions
Microwave cauliflower in microwave oven according to package directions; drain.
Pour cooked cauliflower into a large mixing bowl.
Add soup and cheese and stir to combine.
Pour into a greased 3-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top.
Bake about 30-40 minutes at 350°, or until casserole is cooked through and crackers are lightly browned on top.

NOTE: I used a 9x13” glass baking dish.NOTE: I cooked each package of cauliflower in the bags in the microwave oven for about five minutes (total of 15 minutes) before using in this recipe.
