Turkey Taco Salad

Teresa Ambra
Turkey Taco Salad is a fantastic lower calorie version of Taco Salad. This healthy, gluten free salad uses turkey sausage which provides great Tex-Mex heat but without all the calories of ground beef. Terrific for lunches or as a main dish meal, especially in the summer when you don't want to heat up your kitchen. If you enjoy eating Taco Salads, this is one of the best!
