Italian Chicken is a delicious marinated chicken dish. This super easy 4-ingredient recipe is fantastic for weeknight dinners when you're short on time. Equipment

  • 1 9x13" glass baking dish
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 sharp knife to mince parsley

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley minced, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken in a 9x13” glass baking dish.
  • Cover with Italian dressing.
  • Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate a few hours or up to eight hours.
  • Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered at 375° for about 55-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.

Notes

NOTE: To keep this recipe gluten free, make sure you have a gluten free Italian salad dressing.
