These delectable Peanut Butter Cookies have only three ingredients! They are super quick and easy to make. They're kid friendly and terrific to serve for tailgating or office parties, potlucks or for afternoon snacks after school. Gluten free.

  • 1 18x26" cookie sheet pan
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 fork


  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling the cookie dough balls in


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
  • Pinch off a couple of tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.
  • Roll balls in granulated sugar and coat well.
  • Place sugar-coated balls on prepared cookie sheets.
  • Press down lightly in criss-cross fashion with a fork.
  • Bake for 12-16 minutes until lightly browned and cookies have set up.
  • Rotate cookie sheets on oven racks every six minutes of baking time.
  • Cool completely.


NOTE: I was baking 3 to 4 racks of cookies at a time. My cookies took about 15-16 minutes to bake. I rotated the pans half way through the cooking time.
NOTE: If you’re only baking one batch of cookies at a time, these cookies may be done in 12 minutes. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
NOTE: These cookie are fragile. Handle delicately.
