Hershey's Nugget Peanut Butter Cookies will rock your world! These delicious Peanut Butter Cookies have solid milk chocolate Hershey's Nuggets added to the dough. They are completely delightful and perfect for any backyard BBQ, tailgating party or potluck.

1 cup unsalted butter softened 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar packed 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. sea salt 3 1/2 to 4 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (Bleached flour toughens baked goods) 2 cups Hershey's Nuggets chopped (I used the solid milk chocolate ones)
Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
Stir in flour and Hershey’s Nuggets until very well combined.
This may take 4 to 5 minutes to get the dough thoroughly mixed.
Heat oven to 375°.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
Press down very lightly in criss-cross fashion with a fork.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until set but not hard.
Rotate cookies on racks every six minutes while baking.
Cool completely.
NOTE: Use 3 1/2 cups flour as a baseline. Only use more if necessary to get the ingredients to hold together.
