Peach Caramel Cookies are outrageously good! These scrumptious cookies will have your mouth watering. Peaches and caramel bits bake up into one, ooey, gooey, delicious cookie! Take these jewels to your next potluck, tailgating party or backyard barbecue and every one will vanish!
3 to 3 1/2cupsUNBLEACHED all-purpose flourbleached flour toughens baked goods
1tsp.baking soda
1/2tsp.salt
2sticksunsalted buttersoftened (1 cup)
1cupbrown sugarpacked
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1tbsp.pure vanilla extract
2largeeggs
2cupspeachesdiced
11oz.Kraft Caramel Bits
Instructions
Place butter, sugars, vanilla, baking soda, salt and eggs in a mixing bowl.
Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in flour, peaches and caramel bits until combined.
Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and place on prepared sheets.
Bake at 350° about 12-15 minutes or until done.
Rotate cookie sheets on oven racks every six minutes of baking time.
Cool completely.
Notes
NOTE: The first batch of these cookies I used 3 cups flour. In additional batches, I used 3 ½ cups. I felt adding additional flour helped the cookies set up a little better so they didn’t run on the cookie sheet quite so much.
