This is the best copycat recipe for Boston Market Cornbread ever. This fabulous cornbread recipe uses only 5 ingredients including Jiffy corn muffin mix and Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix. It's a terrific side dish for any main dish entree. We enjoy it for company and holidays like Mother's Day and Father's Day. Every bite is so mouthwatering you won't want to stop eating.
Pour into a 9x13” glass baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Notes
NOTE: Use only Butter recipe golden cake mix or Jiffy cake mix since they are the only cake mixes without pudding in the batter.
NOTE: The ratio for this cornbread is 1 Jiffy cake mix + 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix OR: 1 Butter recipe yellow cake mix + 2 Jiffy corn muffin mixes. Then you add the eggs, oil and milk to make each.
NOTE: For the single batch (1 Jiffy cake mix + 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix) use 2 large eggs, 2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil and 1/3 cup plus one teaspoon of milk.
