  • 1 Duncan Hines Butter recipe golden cake mix
  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup milk

  • Combine ingredients with a whisk.
  • Pour into a 9x13” glass baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

NOTE: Use only Butter recipe golden cake mix or Jiffy cake mix since they are the only cake mixes without pudding in the batter.
NOTE: The ratio for this cornbread is 1 Jiffy cake mix + 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix OR: 1 Butter recipe yellow cake mix + 2 Jiffy corn muffin mixes. Then you add the eggs, oil and milk to make each.
NOTE: For the single batch (1 Jiffy cake mix + 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix) use 2 large eggs, 2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil and 1/3 cup plus one teaspoon of milk.
