Gluten Free Strawberry Dump Cake Cobbler will rock your world! This fabulous Strawberry Cobbler uses only 5 ingredients including walnuts, coconut and a gluten free cake mix! Great dessert for those with gluten intolerance. But terrific to serve for company, holidays or any time you want to make a quick and easy dessert.

Equipment

  • 1 9x13" glass baking dish
  • measuring cups
  • 1 nut chopper if nuts are not previously chopped

Ingredients
  

  • 63 oz. can strawberry pie filling (three 21-oz. cans pie filling)
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped (measure after chopping)
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 gluten free yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted (2 sticks)

Instructions
 

  • Spray a 9x13” glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour pie filling into dish.
  • Top with walnuts, then coconut.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over top.
  • Melt butter and drizzle over top covering the surface as much as possible.
  • Bake at 350° about 45-60 minutes or until nicely browned on top and pie filling bubbles up to the surface of the cobbler.
