Baked Parmesan Chicken is a tasty and succulent main dish chicken entree. This one uses Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and several herbs and spices that provides awesome flavor. Such a quick and easy recipe for week night dinners. Every bite will have you licking your chops!

Equipment

  • 1 10x15" glass baking dish
  • 1 medium mixing bowl
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (I used canned parmesan cheese)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. dehydrated minced onions
  • 1 tbsp. dried chives
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Dredge both sides of chicken breasts in bread crumb mixture being sure to coat chicken really well.
  • Place chicken breasts in a 10x15” baking dish that’s been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Drizzle chicken with olive oil.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour until done.
