Healthy and cleaner version of Broccoli Salad without mayonnaise. This one uses fresh broccoli, grapes, raisins, sunflower seed kernels, red onion and bacon. Great side dish for backyard barbecues, potlucks or summer holiday fun.
Fry bacon in large skillet over low to medium heat until done.
Layer salad ingredients in serving bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Combine salad dressing ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add Greek Yogurt Dressing just before serving to keep vegetables crisp.
GREEK YOGURT DRESSING:
Whisk ingredients together in small mixing bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Pour over salad ingredients just before serving.
Stir well to combine.

NOTE: Use honey in the salad dressing if you're trying to avoid sugar.NOTE: Apple Cider Vinegar also works well in this recipe.NOTE: You can substitute Peterson's nitrate free, preservative free bacon or turkey bacon in the recipe.
