Red Velvet Funfetti Cookies will knock your socks off! These luscious Red Velvet Cookies are filled with chocolatey taste and loaded with sprinkles. They're incredibly easy to make because they begin with a Red Velvet Cake Mix! Excellent option for tailgating parties, potlucks, holidays like Christmas or Valentine's Day or sporting events like the Super Bowl, March Madness or the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Everyone will want seconds!

Notes

NOTE: I would not substitute a cheaper cake mix for this recipe as most of them decrease the ounces of flour so the ratio is not correct. Use Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker.
