Pistachio Fruit Fluff Salad
Pistachio Fruit Fluff Salad is absolutely marvelous! This quick and easy fruit salad is made with marshmallows, bananas, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and pineapple in a creamy base with pistachio pudding mix. Terrific for company or holiday dinners, potlucks or summer backyard barbecues. Almost like eating dessert!
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (reserve juice) 3 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 12 oz. container Cool Whip frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed or any non-dairy whipped topping 2 large bananas sliced 2 cups miniature marshmallows 15.25 oz. can fruit cocktail drained 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Place nondairy whipped topping in a large mixing bowl.
Dump instant pudding into the bowl.
Stir to combine.
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Add drained pineapple, marshmallows, drained fruit cocktail, and drained mandarin oranges to the pudding in the mixing bowl.
Slice bananas and swirl in reserved pineapple juice.
Add bananas to bowl and mix everything completely.
Cover, and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Dip bananas in pineapple juice before adding to salad to prevent browning. NOTE:
This salad needs to be served within a few hours of making it since it has bananas in it. NOTE:
