Pistachio Fruit Fluff Salad

Quick and easy fruit salad is made with marshmallows, bananas, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and pineapple in a creamy base with pistachio pudding mix.

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
  • 3 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 12 oz. container Cool Whip frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed or any non-dairy whipped topping
  • 2 large bananas sliced
  • 2 cups Kraft miniature marshmallows
  • 15.25 oz. can Del Monte fruit cocktail drained
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained


  • Place nondairy whipped topping in a large mixing bowl.
  • Dump instant pudding into the bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Add drained pineapple, marshmallows, drained fruit cocktail, and drained mandarin oranges.
  • Slice bananas and swirl in reserved pineapple juice.
  • Add to bowl and mix everything completely.
  • Cover, and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.


NOTE: Dip bananas in pineapple juice before adding to salad to prevent browning.
NOTE: This salad needs to be served within a few hours of making it since it has bananas in it.
