Veggie Tortilla Roll Ups are the perfect appetizer for tailgating parties or the Super Bowl! These fabulous tortilla roll ups have a touch of Tex-Mex flavor that can't be beat. The flavors blend perfectly and they're so irresistible that they're usually gobbled up in no time.
7-8flour tortillasor Southwest flour tortillas, or your favorite flour tortillas
2tbsp.sour cream to seal the edges
Instructions
Soften cream cheese and mix with an electric mixer for a few seconds.
Add other ingredients except tortillas.
Stir well.
Spread a layer of filling on tortillas to the very edge.
Wrap each tortilla as tightly as possible.
Seal the edges by smoothing a little extra filling or sour cream along the border.
Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
Place in a zip lock bag and store overnight if possible, but at least four hours so ingredients set.
Slice each tortilla into four pieces.

NOTE: H-E-B grocery stores in Texas make their own tortillas from scratch every day in their deli. We prefer using these tortillas, but any kind will work.NOTE: I use between ¾ and 1 cup of filling on each tortilla.
