Chicken Provençal | Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen

Chicken Provençal

Teresa Ambra
Chicken Provençal is an outstanding French entree. This delicious chicken main dish is filled with veggies including Great Northern beans, tomatoes, carrots, onion and garlic. Then it's seasoned with thyme and oregano providing wonderful flavors to complement the dish. I made this dish on a lark once because I had all the ingredients on hand. It was so tasty that it became a favorite!

Notes

NOTE: This may not sound like it would be so good, but this recipe is absolutely delicious and has a wonderful flavor.

NOTE: For Gluten-Free diets, eliminate the chicken bouillon and substitute chicken broth and other seasonings of your choice.

NOTE: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts may take longer to cook through completely.

NOTE: You can also brown the chicken with the onions, garlic and carrots and stir it into the other ingredients (without heating them) and pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
