Reese Cup Brownies

This amazing blondie/bar-type recipe includes loads of Reese Cups in the batter. It's sinfully rich, decadent and one of the most spectacular brownies you'll ever eat. Terrific for tailgating parties, potlucks, backyard barbecues or summer holiday fun.

1/2 cup unsalted butter softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar packed 2 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cups miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups quartered 5 Reese’s Fast Break chocolate peanut butter nougats chopped for garnish
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in flour and Reese cup quarters.
Spread into a 9x13” baking dish or pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle chopped Reese peanut butter nougats on top.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and cut into squares.
NOTE: If you use regular sized peanut butter cups, cut them in eighths.
