Prepare yourself to swoon over these incredibly, drool-worthy cookies! Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Meltaways are melt-in-your-mouth Sugar Cookies with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups added to the recipe. They are so mouthwatering and irresistible your family will want these luscious cookies on your regular baking menu. Great dessert for tailgating parties, potlucks or holiday baking.
Combine butter, oil, granulated sugar, confectioners’ sugar, eggs, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
Mix with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
Stir in flour and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with a wooden spoon.
Shape cookies into balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Put 3" apart on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until done.
Rotate cookie sheets on oven racks after 8 minutes of baking time.
Cool.
