Almond Joy Pie is sensational. This ooey, gooey & delicious pie is filled with Almond Joy Bars. The chocolate, almond and coconut flavors permeate the pie making for one scrumptious dessert. It's wonderful for company or holiday dinners like Valentine's Day. If you enjoy Almond Joy Bars, you've got to try this over-the-top pie.

2 large eggs 1/2 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods) 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar packed 1 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly 3 cups chopped Almond Joy bars divided use 1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325°.
In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; this will take 3-5 minutes.
Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well-blended.
Blend in the cooled, melted butter.
Stir in 2 cups chopped Almond Joy bars.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining chopped Almond Joy Bars on top.
Continue baking an additional 30 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
NOTE: It took about 1 ½ 11.3-oz. bags of fun size Almond Joy bars to equal 3 cups of chopped Almond Joy Bars. I cut each bar in sixths.
