Baked Honey Garlic Chicken is one awesome Asian chicken entree. This spectacular chicken dish has chicken pieces breaded in Panko bread crumbs then baked and added to a delicious sauce using honey, garlic and Sriracha! It's served over rice and garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Every bite is so tantalizing you won't be able to stay out of this irresistible entree. This easy recipe is great for weeknight suppers or company meals, especially if you enjoy a little heat with your chicken.

2tsp.onion powder
3tbsp.Tamari gluten free low sodium soy sauce(You must use a low-sodium soy sauce for this recipe)
4tbsp.water
1/2cupwater
2tbsp.cornstarch
Instructions
CHICKEN:
Beat eggs in bowl.
Dredge chicken pieces in eggs, then in Panko bread crumbs.
Place on a cookie sheet that has parchment paper spread over top (for easy clean up).
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until fork tender.
Mix chicken pieces with sauce and stir to combine.
Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
SAUCE:
While chicken is baking, make sauce.
Mix honey, Sriracha sauce, garlic, onion powder, soy sauce and 4 tbsp. water in a bowl.
Place in saucepan and bring to a low boil over low to medium heat.
Meanwhile, mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup water.
Add to sauce in pan.
Stir to combine.
Allow the sauce to boil again until it thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir sauce into chicken pieces and combine well.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions to serve.
Notes
NOTE: Kikkoman’s Panko bread crumbs seem to spread more evenly and cook more evenly while baking than other cheaper brands.NOTE: Use only a low-sodium soy sauce otherwise the sauce will be way too salty.
