BBQ Pork Stuffed Potatoes are so hearty, filling and satisfying. These are great to serve for tailgating parties and company dinners. One bite and everyone will be drooling. The Barbecue Pork is to die for--add that to potatoes and you have a comfort food meal that will knock your socks off!
Bake potatoes in 400 degree oven about an hour to an hour and a half, or until done.
Remove from oven.
Slice the tops of the potatoes.
Fill each with about ½ to 2/3 cup Barbecue Pork.
Serve.
