This delectable Tex-Mex entree includes chicken and veggies sautéed in a delicious homemade taco seasoning. After spreading tortillas with sour cream, the chicken mixture is spread with salsa, cheddar cheese, guacamole, beans, rice, avocados, cilantro and lime. Succulent and mouthwatering.
Combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Rub on chicken pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Add chicken pieces and cook until well-browned.
Turn chicken over and cook remaining side.
Remove chicken to cutting board and allow to set about 5-10 minutes before slicing down on the diagonal.
To skillet add additional olive oil, bell peppers, onions and garlic.
Sauté a few minutes turning frequently until veggies are tender.
Add sliced chicken to pan.
To serve: Spread sour cream on each tortilla.
