Ingredients
  

  • 15.25 oz. pkg. chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
  • 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet preferred)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 3 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix (dry)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or half-and-half can be substituted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • powdered sugar for garnish, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Generously grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • Set aside.
  • Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Pour cake batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely.
  • Invert onto plate.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
