Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. strawberries sliced or diced
  • 6-8 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 8 oz. block cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp. pecans very finely diced
  • 1-3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • extra strawberries and kiwis for garnish, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Stir in strawberries and kiwis.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pecans and brown sugar.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
