8oz.Ronzoni gluten free thin spaghetti noodles broken in half or thirds
Instructions
Pour broth into crockpot.
Add turkey, leek, onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, carrots and seasonings.
Cook on low heat for about 4-5 hours.
Add noodles and cook about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Add peas and cook an additional 15 minutes.
Check seasonings.
Add more if desired.
Notes
NOTE: I love a lot of pepper in my soups, but if you’re not fond of it, I recommend scaling back to about 1/3 to ½ tsp. pepper.NOTE: The noodles will absorb a lot of liquid. You may have to thin the soup with additional water or broth, especially after the soup sits out or refrigeration.NOTE: Preparation time does not include time required to cook off a turkey carcass and debone meat.
