Hot Feta Artichoke Dip is absolutely irresistible. This mouthwatering appetizer includes feta cheese, parmesan cheese and artichokes. It's perfect for tailgating, holiday or company parties. This easy, 6-ingredient recipe can be oven ready in 5 minutes! If you enjoy cheesy hot dips, this one is fantastic, especially served with bagel chips or specialty crackers. The dip itself, is gluten free.

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained, chopped
  • 8 oz. pkg. feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 oz. jar diced pimientos drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 350˚ for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Makes 2 cups.
  • To make ahead: prepare as directed except for baking.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake uncovered at 350˚ for 30–35 minutes or until lightly browned.
