Ice Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies are absolutely sensational! These fantastic Chocolate Chip Cookies will rock your world. They're filled with ice cream providing spectacular flavor. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar and mix with an electric mixer until combined.
Add ice cream, egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt and mix again until smooth.
Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
Scoop balls of dough onto a cookie sheet or baking dish covered with wax paper.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place cookies approximately 2” apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until cookies start to turn golden brown around the edges.
Rotate cookie sheets on racks every six minutes while baking.
Cool completely.

NOTE: Preparation time does not include time required to chill dough.NOTE: Use regular full-fat ice cream, not reduced fat, fat-free, or frozen yogurt.NOTE: You do not need to soften the ice cream before measuring. Just scoop it from the freezer container into your measuring cup.NOTE: You must chill this dough before baking or the cookies will run and flatten out on the cookie sheet!
