Lemon Oreo Pie is sensational! This rich and decadent pie is ooey, gooey, creamy and so luscious it will rock your world! It's an easy 5-ingredient recipe using Lemon Oreo Sandwich Cookies. This dessert is perfect for company or holidays, but so easy you can make it for everyday dinners.
8oz. containercool whipor other non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
19-inchgraham cracker crust
Instructions
Set aside 8 Lemon Oreos.
Coarsely chop 11 Lemon Oreo cookies to equal approximately 1 ½ cups chopped Lemon Oreos.
Set aside.
Combine vanilla pudding with half and half and whisk vigorously for two minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip topping.
Stir in coarsely chopped Lemon Oreos.
Pour Oreo mixture into graham cracker crust.
Line the outside edge of the pie evenly with the remaining whole Lemon Oreos.
Coarsely chop another two or three Lemon Oreos.
Sprinkle chopped Lemon Oreos over top of pie.
Freeze for about 6 hours before serving.
Notes
NOTE: You will not use the entire Lemon Oreos package.NOTE: This recipe will not work in an eight-inch graham crumb crust. It needs a 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust.NOTE: If you want a strong lemony flavor you can substitute two 3-oz. pkgs. dry lemon pudding mix.
