2 large eggs 1/2 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods) 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar packed 1 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly 3 cups chopped Milky Way Bars divided use 1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325°.
In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; this will take 3-5 minutes.
Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well-blended.
Blend in the cooled, melted butter.
Stir in 2 cups chopped Milky Way Bars.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining chopped Milky Way Bars on top.
Continue baking an additional 30 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
NOTE: A 10.65-oz. bag of fun size Milky Way Bars yielded almost 2 ½ cups of chopped Milky Way Bars. I cut each fun size bar in eighths.
