Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
  • 3 cups chopped Nestle's Crunch Bars divided use
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; this will take 3-5 minutes.
  • Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well-blended.
  • Blend in the cooled, melted butter.
  • Stir in 2 cups chopped Nestle’s Crunch Bars.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
  • Top with remaining 1 cup Nestle’s Crunch Bars.
  • Bake an additional 30 minutes or until set.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

NOTE: I used 9 1.55-oz. Crunch bars which yielded almost 3 ½ cups chopped candy bars. I used 2 cups in the pie and 1 ½ cups on top (after baking 45 minutes).
