Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line muffin pan with paper liners.
Spray liners with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, coconut oil and vanilla.
Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in the flour mixture and almonds with a wooden spoon until just moistened.
Fill muffin liners almost to the top.
Spoon about one teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin.
Swirl Nutella into the muffin batter with a bamboo skewer.
Bake muffins for 5 minutes at 425°.
Reduce heat to 350°.
Continue baking an additional 15-19 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
