Oreo M&M Brownies

Oreo M&M Brownies are a chocolate lover's delight. They are filled with both M&M candies and Oreo cookies. They are so rich, decadent and heavenly. These drool-worthy brownies are sure to become your comfort food of choice after one bite. Terrific for tailgating parties, potlucks, backyard barbecues and summer holiday fun like Memorial Day or Fourth of July.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups Gold Medal UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour Bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 10 Oreo cookies, cut in eighths I used double-stuff Oreos
  • 2 cups M&M candies

Instructions
 

  • Combine butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer.
  • Add flour, Oreos, and M&M candies and stir by hand with wooden spoon to combine.
  • Press into 9x13” glass baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
