dry Italian bread crumbs

heaping tbsp.
grated parmesan cheese
1
tbsp.
parsley flakes
1/4
tsp.
lemon pepper
1/4
tsp.
thyme

pork chops
approximately 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in shallow dish.
Dredge pork chops in crumb mixture.
Coat both sides well.
Spray a 10x15 glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
Place pork chops in dish.
Sprinkle pork chops with any unused bread crumbs.
Drizzle each pork chop with about 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour for thin to medium pork chops and longer for thick pork chops.
