Peach, Fig and Feta Salad is a gourmet delight that's perfect for company or holiday dinners. The peaches, figs and grapes add sweetness. Roasted pecans and Feta Cheese and crunchiness and savory flavors. This salad is healthy, low calorie and gluten free.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
Set aside.
Pit and slice peaches; don't peel.
Place in a small bowl filled with lemon juice and swish the peach slices until well-covered with the lemon juice.
Drain peach slices on paper towels.
Place lettuces in a large salad bowl.
Arrange figs, grapes, red onion, cucumber, and celery overtop of greens.
Add roasted pecans and peach slices.
Sprinkle the salad with Feta cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with your favorite sweet salad dressing.

NOTE: I used Cindy’s Kitchen Fig Balsamic Salad Dressing and Cindy’s Kitchen Mango Coconut Pepper Salad Dressing that I purchased at Walmart. However, any poppyseed or Honey Mustard dressing will work.
