Peaches and Bananas

Wonderful fruit salad for hot summer days. Quick, easy and delicious. This recipe is gluten free and vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 large peaches well washed, sliced
  • 2 large bananas sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced, if desired
  • lemon juice if desired
  • 2 tbsp. sugar if desired

Instructions
 

  • Slice peaches in half and remove stone (if freestone peaches, if not, you will have to slice them the hard way with the pit still in the peach).
  • Place slices in a medium size bowl.
  • Add strawberries and, if desired, add sugar and coat well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving slice bananas and dip in lemon juice, if desired, to prevent discoloration.
  • Stir ingredients to combine.
