1boxPillsbury Perfectly Pumpkin cookie mix(pumpkin cake mix also works well)
1/4cupcanola oil
1largeeggbeaten
1/3-1/2cupmilk or cream
1/4cuprainbow sprinkles
6oz. bagwhite chocolate chipsabout half bag
2-3tbsp.rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine the cookie mix and 1/4 cup sprinkles in a large bowl.
Add oil and egg and stir to combine.
Stir in the milk and white chocolate chips until the batter is combined.
Place batter in a greased 9x9” or 8x12" glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or just until the edges turn golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow bars to cool completely.
Cut into bars.
Notes
NOTE: This recipe really does not do very well doubling the ingredients and placing in a 9x13" glass baking dish. The white chocolate chips overcook and don't hold their shape and the recipe dries out too much losing the gooeyness the recipe is supposed to have.NOTE: You may want to refrigerate these bars before cutting.NOTE: I have used both pumpkin cake mix and pumpkin cookie mix for this recipe.
