Hershey's S'Mores Bars

Teresa Ambra
Theses rich, decadent chocolaty S'Mores bar are amazing, They use a lovely homemade graham cracker crust, topped with a layer of Hershey's chocolate bars, a marshmallow creme layer, and finally a graham cracker topping is sprinkled on top. Incredibly good!

  • measuring spoons
  • 1 electric mixer

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups UNBLEACHED flour
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 3 giant Hershey’s milk chocolate bars
  • 14 oz. container marshmallow crème or marshmallow fluff

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Stir in flour and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Divide dough in half and press half of the dough into the prepared baking dish.
  • Place chocolate bars over dough to fit it in a single layer.
  • Spread chocolate with marshmallow crème or fluff.
  • Sprinkle remaining dough over top of the fluff.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned.
  • Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

NOTE: Do not substitute marshmallows for marshmallow creme in this recipe. It won't work.
NOTE: I put these in the freezer for an hour so I would be able to cut them without all the marshmallow crème oozing out.
